Damian Crossan- Owner, Master Electrician
Damian was born and raised on a farm in County Derry, in the North of Ireland. He completed his electrical schooling, certification and apprenticeship in Ireland and moved to America in 1997. He is a Master Electrician and has owned and operated two successful electrical contracting companies in the US. He has spent many years working in construction and is deeply knowledgeable about general contracting. He comes from a large Irish family and has two beautiful daughters. In his spare time, you can find Damian at the Irish Coffee Shop, camping, hiking or exploring the world.
Olivia Jane Winters- Business Manager
Jane was born and raised in a historic home in Philadelphia. She grew up on construction sites with parents who showed her how to preserve and manage buildings. She has a B.A. from the University of Missouri and an MSc from University College London's SOAS.
She has a wide breadth of experience from working in human rights and social services, radio and journalism, education, finance and construction. She is a published author, a construction and property manager, professional organizer and designer. Her most fulfilling role is in being a mom. When not running after her child, you can find Jane hiking, traveling or saving an animal.
Edward Erickson- Electrician
Ed was born and raised in Delaware County. After graduating from Springfield High School, he began his career in the trades. Ed has ten years experience as a plasterer and painter, and twenty years experience as an electrician. Additionally, he is trained in wood working, carpentry, masonry and welding. When not spending time with his wife, son and three dogs, Ed can be found engineering his own tools or building and riding e-bikes.
Robert Erickson- ElectricAL APPRENTICE
Bob was born and raised in Delaware County. Like his brother, he graduated from Springfield High School and is a natural tradesman. He is an electrician in training with a talent for engineering, building and problem solving. When not at work, Bob enjoys spending time with his family, in addition to sculpting and 3D modeling.
